Delco Man Shot In Neck While Walking Dog In Philly Monday: Police
An Upper Darby man is in critical condition after being shot Monday night on North 7th Street in Philadelphia, according to police.

A Delaware County man is in critical condition after being shot in the neck Monday night while walking his mother's dog in Philadelphia, according to Philadelphia Police and reports.
Police said at about 10:30 p.m. a 54-year-old man – who is from Upper Darby, according to Action News – was shot once in the neck while walking the dog on the 600 block of North 7th Street.
The victim was rushed to Hahnemann Hospital where he is listed in critical condition, police said.

Police have not made an arrest in the shooting.

CBS Philadelphia reports the victim was visiting his mother and that police believe robbery may have been a motive in the shooting.
Police are looking to review camera footage in the area to glean more information on the shooting.
