HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – Haverford Township Police issued their latest crime report recently and the report covers police activity between Feb. 12 and Feb. 20.

Incidents included a stolen handgun, an 11-year-old cited for disorderly conduct at school, thefts, vandalism, fraud, and more.

The report also features citations issued and arrests made in that same time frame.

ARRESTS:

  • A white male, 39, 700 block of Anderson Avenue, Drexel Hill. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, no insurance and suspended driver’s license. Location: 1000 block of Darby Road. Date: Feb. 12 at 10:05 p.m.
  • A black female, 37, 7200 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Darby. Charges: Simple assault and harassment. Location: 1100 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Feb. 14 at 5:16 a.m.
  • A white male, 59, 2300 block of Highland Avenue, Drexel Hill. Charges: DUI, accidents involving damage to property, accident scene clearance and no insurance. Location: Darby and Manoa Roads. Date: Feb. 17 at 6:13 p.m.
  • A white male, 19, 100 block of Mill Road, Havertown. Charges: Resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Location: Kathmere and Beverly Roads. Date: Feb. 19 at 6:41 p.m.
  • A white female, 63, 100 block of E. Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore. Charges: Retail theft. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Feb. 19 at 7:10 p.m.
  • A black male, 34, unit block of Barrister Court, Haverford. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Earlington and Mill Roads. Date: Feb. 20 at 9:50 p.m.
  • An Asian male, 28, 100 block of Overhill Road, Darby. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Earlington and Mill Roads. Date: Feb. 20 at 9:50 p.m.
  • A white male, 16, was petitioned to juvenile court. Charges: Disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road. Date: Feb. 15 at 2:22 p.m.

INCIDENTS:

  • Fraud on the 200 block of Glen Ridge Road on Feb. 14 at 6:23 p.m. - Victim reported four fraudulent charges on his credit card.
  • Theft at the Quadrangle,3300 block of Darby Road, on Feb. 15 at 1:43 p.m. – Victim reported jewelry missing from her apartment.
  • Theft at the Quadrangle, 3300 block of Darby Road, on Feb. 15 at 1:43 p.m. – Three pieces of jewelry was reported missing.
  • Attempted Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Feb. 15 at 3:26 p.m.– A black male and female attempted to return various items that had not been purchased.
  • Identity Theft on the 2000 block of Darby Road on Feb. 15 at 12:20 p.m. – Victim reported an unknown person used her identity to receive medical services.
  • Public Drunkenness at Haverford Road and Chestnut Avenue on Feb. 16 at 9:54 p.m. – A 24-year-old white woman, of the 2200 block of Strale Street, Philadelphia, was cited for public drunkenness.
  • Vandalism on the 100 block of E. Benedict Avenue on Feb. 17 at 12:28 p.m. – Vehicle was scratched.
  • Vandalism on the 600 block of Valley Road on Feb. 17 at 10:25 p.m. – A group of juvenile males threw peanut butter sandwiches at the victim’s front window. They also lit fireworks off in front of the residence. The incident was captured on video.
  • Disorderly Conduct at Tip O’Leary’s, 300 block of West Chester Pike, on Feb. 17 1:20 a.m. – A 23-year-old white woman, of the unit block of Barbara Lane, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
  • Burglary at Dunkin Donuts/Gulf Gas Station, 500 block of W. Lancaster Avenue, on Feb. 18 at 4:26 a.m. – Forced entry was gained through a rear door. An ATM and approximately 20 cartons of cigarettes were stolen.
  • Bicycle Theft on the 1000 block of Darby Road on Feb. 18 at 10:42 p.m.
  • Theft at Waterford Apartments, 1900 block of Lawrence Road, on Feb. 18 at 4 p.m. – Handgun was stolen from an apartment.
  • Fraud on the 200 block of Canterbury Road on Feb. 18 at 12:50 p.m. – Victim reported that someone made an unauthorized withdraw from his checking account.
  • Theft on the unit block of Princeton Road on Feb. 19 at 4:36 p.m. – Decorative flag was stolen from the front of the residence. Vehicle was also vandalized with a paint pen.
  • Burglaryon the 2800 block of Belmont Avenue on Feb. 20 7:05 p.m. – Forced entry was made by kicking in the rear door. The bed rooms were ransacked and a television was stolen.
  • Fraud on the unit block of Campbell Avenue on Feb. 20 5:35 p.m. – Victim reported that a Paypal account was opened using her identity.
  • Public Drunkenness on the 1400 block of Edgewood Road on Feb. 20 at 3:44 p.m. – A 52-year-old white male of the 600 block of Loraine Street was cited for public drunkenness.
  • Disorderly Conduct at the Haverford Middle School, 1700 block of Darby Road, on Feb. 20 at 11:37 – An 11-year-old white female was cited for disorderly conduct.
