Police report three fraud cases and one case each of identity theft and forgery between Jan. 4 and Jan. 9 in the township. See details here.

HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – Haverford Township Police issued their most recent crime report, which details incidents in the township that occurred between Jan. 3 and Jan. 9.
Incidents include forgery, several fraud cases, numerous thefts, public drunkenness, and more.
The report also includes citations issued and arrests made around that time.

ARRESTS:
- A black male, 23, of the 200 block of N. Wycombe Avenue, Lansdowne. Charges: DUI, suspended driver’s license and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle. Location: Haverford Police parking lot, 1000 block of Darby Road. Date: Jan. 9 at 8:46 a.m.
- A white female, 40, of the 100 block of N. Madison Avenue, Upper Darby. Charges: Retail theft and receiving stolen property. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Jan. 8 at 6:54 p.m.
- A black male, 53, of the 5800 block of Montrose Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft and receiving stolen property. Location: Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road. Date: Jan. 9 at 10 p.m. (incident occurred on Aug. 26)
- A white male, 14, was petitioned to juvenile court. Charges: Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road. Date: Jan. 3 at 10:50 a.m.
INCIDENTS:
- Theft on the 1600 block of Surrey Lane on Jan. 3 at 7:48 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – nothing was reported missing.
- Forgery at Franklin Mint Credit Union, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Jan. 4 at 4 p.m. – Surveillance video showed a black male complete a fraudulent check deposit. Days later the same male made three withdraws from the same account.
- Fraud on the 1200 block of Ellston Road on Jan. 4 at 4:05 p.m. – Victim reported that four unauthorized purchases were made with her debit card.
- Burglary on the unit block of Greenview Lane on Jan. 5 at 8:25 p.m. – Entry was made through an unlocked door. Bedroom was ransacked and a jar of coins and watch were stolen.
- Theft on the 100 block of Sycamore Road on Jan. 5 at 2:47 p.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – medical bag was stolen.
- Identity Theft on the 1200 block of Center Road on Jan. 5 at 2:54 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person opened a credit card account using his identity.
- Public Drunkenness at E. Eagle Road and W. Darby Road on Jan. 5 at 11:53 p.m. – A white female, 36, of the 100 block of Sibley Road, Ardmore was cited for public drunkenness.
- Fraud on the 1200 block of Steel Road on Jan. 6 at 1:08 p.m. – Victim reported an unauthorized charge on her bank account from a Sunoco Service Station.
- Theft at 7-Eleven, 2600 block of Haverford Road, on Jan. 9 at 12:03 p.m. – An unknown white male stole a charity box.
- Fraud on the 1400 block of Windsor Park Lane on Jan. 9 at 5:02 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person made multiple unauthorized purchases with her debit card.
- Liquor Law Violation at Haverford High School, 200 block of Mill Road, on Jan. 9 at 1:58 p.m. – A white female, 16, was cited for underage drinking.
- Public Drunkenness on the 400 block of W. Langhorne Avenue on Jan. 9 at 7:01 a.m. – A black male, 23, of the 200 block of N. Wycombe Avenue, Lansdowne, was cited for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
