Havertown Man Severely Beat 3-Month-Old Child: Cops
A three-month old child was severely beaten by his Havertown father, according to police.

HAVERTOWN, PA — A Havertown man is behind bars after severely beating his three-month-old child in West Goshen, according to authorities.
Nicholas Anthony Marigliano, 27, of Havertown, has been charged with felony aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and related counts.
Medical personnel found the infant unconscious at a home on the 1200 block of Gail Road on June 15. The child was taken to Chester County Hospital, where the most serious injuries where discovered, authorities said.

The child was later taken to Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware for further treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the alleged abuse remain unclear. Marigliano is a graduate of Upper Darby High School and Delaware County Community College and is currently employed as an electrician, according to social media profiles.

Marigliano has been taken to Chester County Prison. His arraignment is forthcoming.
