Court records show Williams is slated to appear for her formal arraignment on Oct. 25.

The charges stem from a Sept. 7 incident where parents picking up their students from St. Bernadette of Lourdes Catholic elementary school found a bag on the ground. That bag held 29 smaller baggies containing fentanyl.

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is particularity deadly, as even low doses of the drug can be exponentially more lethal than heroin.
