HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA – The latest Haverford Township Police blotter is out, and it contains police activity in the township that occurred between May 23 and May 29.
Notable incidents handled include possible mail fraud at a local church, 11 various thefts cases, a local resident's identity used to get a car loan in California, and vehicle tires slashed.
The blotter also features one warrant arrest and citations issued in that time frame.

- Fraud at Armenian Martyrs’ Congregational Church, 100 block of N. Edmonds Avenue, on May 23, 12:55 p.m. – An employee reported mail fraud. The church has been receiving mail for an unknown person. They believe there are money orders inside of the mail because they have received several phone calls regarding the mail.
- Criminal Mischief at Darby Road and Turnbull Avenue on May 23, 12:11 p.m. – Vehicle was keyed.
- Bicycle Theft on the 2400 block of Hirst Terrace on May 24, 7:50 p.m.
- Identity Theft at the unit block of Princeton Road on May 25, 5:44 p.m. – Victim reported that an unknown person opened a Comcast account using his identity.
- Public Drunkenness on the unit block of Oak Lane on May 26, 9:38 p.m. – A white female, 45, unit block of Oak Lane was cited for public drunkenness.
- Theft on the unit block of Myrtle Avenue on May 27, 8:45 p.m. – Windshield cowl was removed from a vehicle.
- Theft at the Quadrangle, 3300 block of Darby Road, on May 27, 1:55 p.m. – Victim reported $400 missing from her purse.
- Vandalism on the 300 block of Greenbriar Lane on May 27, 10:37 a.m. – Mailbox was knocked over.
- Public Drunkenness on the 2300 block of Darby Road on May 27, 2:26 a.m. – A white male, 35, of the 100 block of Taylor Avenue, Woodlyn, was cited for public drunkenness.
- Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on May 28, 11:25 a.m. – A black male stole $333.28 worth of merchandise and fled the store.
- Bicycle Theft on the 500 block of Furlong Avenue on May 28, 8:49 p.m.
- Vandalism at the Quadrangle, 3300 block of Darby Road, on May 28, 7:43 a.m. – Vehicle tires were slashed.
- Public Drunkenness on the unit block of Brookline Boulevard on May 28, 2:42 a.m. – A black male, 28, of the unit block of Merion Avenue, Bryn Mawr, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
- Theft on the 500 block of Furlong Avenue on May 29, 8:18 hours – Unlocked vehicle entered, two laptops were stolen.
- Theft on the 500 block of Oakley Road on May 29, 4:57 p.m. – A camera and sandals were stolen from a storage area at Campus Housing.
- Theft on the 700 block of Humphreys Road on May 29, 6:16 p.m. – Victim reported a contractor entered her bedroom and removed $740 from her dresser and looked through several other drawers and closets. The victim provided police with the video footage.
- Theft on the 300 block of Exeter Road on May 29, 9:55 a.m. – Victim reported that three packages were stolen from her property after they were delivered.
- Theft at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on May 29, 5:40 p.m. – A wallet was stolen from a shopping cart while the victim unloaded her groceries into her vehicle.
- Identity Theft on the unit block of Pinzon Avenue on May 29, 6:34 p.m. – An unknown person opened an AT&T account using the victim’s identity and charged $3,125 to the account.
- Identity Theft on the 1400 block of Lawrence Road on May 29, 6:50 p.m. – The victim was alerted that a car loan was approved in California. An unknown person applied for the loan using the victim’s identity.
- Disorderly Conduct at Park and Valley Roads on May 29, 12:21 p.m. – A white male, 21, of the 800 block of Valley Road was cited for disorderly conduct.

- A white male, 41, 9200 block of West Chester Pike, Upper Darby. Charges: Warrant. Location: Eagle Road and Maryland Avenue. Date: May 29, 7:23 a.m.
