Teen Goes Missing At Delco Border: Philadelphia Police

James Hill, 16, was last seen Aug. 23 on the border of Delaware County and West Philadelphia, according to Philadelphia Police.

A 16-year-old boy went missing Aug. 23 and on the border of Delaware County in West Philadelphia, according to Philadelphia Police.

James Hill was last seen Wednesday, Aug. 23 in the area of the 200 block of North 63rd Street, just outside of Delaware County, police said.

Hill is described as 6-feet 2-inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes, a medium complexion, and straight black hair, police said. When he was last seen, he was wearing red jogger pants and a white T-shirt, police said.
