Township Line Road To Be Restricted Nightly This Week

Lane restrictions will be in effect from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. to next day, PennDOT said.

HAVERFORD, PA – Township Line Road will see overnight lane restrictions in Haverford this week beginning Tuesday night, according to PennDOT.

PennDOT said lane restrictions will be in place nightly from Tuesday, July 25 through Friday, July 28, with the final restrictions being lifted at 5 a.m. Saturday, July 29.

Each night at 7 p.m. and ending the following morning at 5 a.m., the road will be restricted between State and Harding roads.

Crews will be working on paving operations that are part of a project to improve travel and safety on a 3.4-mile section of Township Line Road in Upper Darby and Haverford townships, PennDOT said.

The project is scheduled to be completed in August.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
