• Driver Killed In Havertown Crash Had License Revoked For Medical Reasons: Reports (patch.com) — A Havertown man was killed and eight people were injured Saturday in a multi-vehicle crash along West Chester Pike between Darby and Eagle roads, possibly triggered by a medical emergency. Police say the driver, whose license had been revoked for medical reasons, struck numerous cars before overturning into a U-Haul, as officers already nearby for Haverford Township Day responded. 
• 1 dead 8 injured in 14-vehicle crash in Pennsylvania, which includes truck going airborne (oregonlive.com) — A serious 14-vehicle crash in Havertown left one man dead and eight people injured after a pickup, believed driven by someone suffering a medical emergency, hit cars for about two miles and went airborne into a U-Haul. Security footage from Havertown Cafe captured the dramatic moment, while police continue piecing together how the chain-reaction collision unfolded on local roads.
