Upper Gwynedd Resident Murray Ufberg, Esq. Selected to 2013 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List

Murray Ufberg, Esq. is former Managing Partner of the firm.  For over 40 years, Mr. Ufberg has assisted individuals and businesses with their legal needs with respect to mergers and acquisitions, business formation, successorship, real estate and corporate finance law matters. Mr. Ufberg served as the firm’s Managing Partner for over 22 years (1984-2006). A former Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Independent Regulatory Review Commission, Mr. Ufberg is a past member of the hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency and presently is a member of the regional Board of M and T Bank, as well as numerous charitable and civic organizations, including The Commonwealth Medical College, Misericordia University, Jewish Federation of Greater Wilkes-Barre, and WVIA TV/FM/HDTB. Mr. Ufberg is the past chairman of the Luzerne County Business Roundtable, the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry and the United Way of Wyoming Valley. A graduate of Duquesne University (J.D. 1968, Phi Alpha Delta), Mr. Ufberg received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University in 1964.
