Local artist Doug Tweddale, who works in pastels, will open his 1404 Sandys Lane studio in Upper Gwynedd.
Tweddale told the Greater Norristown Art league, “I am drawn to water scenes and trees as subjects and pain in an impressionistic style, almost exclusively on site. I find the immediate view of the scene, with all its color adds vibrancy and interest to my work.”
