Burglary on William Penn Way Under Investigation
Jewelry, a Tag Heuer wrist watch and a 32-inch Samsung flat screen television were reported stolen during a Monday burglary in Towamencin.
Towamencin police are investigating a burglary that was reported at a residence on the 500 block of William Penn Way.
The burglary likely happened between 9:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Monday, police said, however it was not discovered until 1:50 a.m. Tuesday.
Entry was gained through a rear sliding glass door, according to police. Jewelry, a Tag Heuer wrist watch and a 32-inch Samsung flat screen television were reported stolen. The value of the items taken has not yet been determined by police.
