Chesterbrook Academy Creates Cards For Senior Living Community

Students created cards, bookmarks, stained glass art and posters for residents of NewSeasons at New Britain

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Chalfont recently created cards, crafts and artwork for the residents of NewSeasons at New Britain, a local senior living community. Over the past month, students made crafts and artwork for the residents, including bookmarks, paperweights, stained glass to hang in windows and posters to be hung in the hallways, among many other creations. Students also handmade cards filled with positive messages to raise the spirits of the seniors, who may not be able to see their loved ones due to COVID-19. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and supporting members of their community.
