1. In one year they ruined over 4 shirts of mine
2. The owner is not legal
3. The business advertises it is "green" but the stench of chemicals is rampant
4. They refuse to speak to you in English and actually look at you and speak in Chinese
5. They charge more than they advertise
6. They bleach dark clothing and try to blame their customers
7. Every time I go they have new staff... Which means no one is adequately trained.
