Discover the Future: A Science and Math Extravaganza for students in Grades 5 to 7. Showcasing women in science and math, Discover the Future has been presented by the Lansdale Branch of the American Association of University women since 1993.
The day-long event includes hands on workshops presented by women scientists and mathematicians and a 30 minute session in the Discovery Lab. The Discovery Lab includes experiments and demonstrations in chemistry, physcial science, math logic , resoning and probablility.
Ms. Maryann Frazier, a Senior Associate with the Penn State Extension Program is the Keynote Speaker. She studies bees in an effort to best enable their use in creating economic development in Third World countries.

The fee is $8.00 per student for early registration postmarked by March 9th, thereafter the fee is $10.00.
