North Penn School District will once again offer Family and Community Engagement (FACE) workshops for NPSD families and community members. This free series is available to educate, engage and encourage parents, caregivers and community members.
On Nov. 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., "Risky Behavior Among Teenage Girls: What Every Parent and Educator Needs to Know about their Female Students" will be presented. Some key topics to be discussed include dangers online, teen pregnancy, crime rate increases, sexting, and relational aggression (also known as female bullying). Relevant resources and data will be shared.
