Lt. Gen. Frank Helmick, Commanding General, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, will speak at Ursinus College March 1 at 7 p.m. in Musser Auditorium in Pfahler Hall. The talk is open to the public.
Lt. Gen. Hellmick assumed command of the XVIII Airborne Corps in Nov. 2009. Most recently, Lt. Gen. Helmick led the Corps Headquarters to Iraq in support of Operation NEW DAWN as part of the United States Forces – Iraq from January to December 2011 where he served as the Deputy Commander for Operations.
