Stress/Anxiety Reduction Workshop

Do you have stress, anxiety, or just want to chill out?

Come join us on Saturday, September 17th 1:00 - 2:30 at the Lansdale Public Library, 301 Vine Street, Lansdale, Pa. and learn ways to relax and combat the tightness of mind and body that comes with stress, anxiety, and everyday living.

Wear comfy clothes and if you can lie on the floor  please bring a towel or mat but sitting in a chair is fine.

About the presenter: Carol Jay Levy, B.A., CH.t, is a certified hypnotherapist and stress/anxiety reduction educator.   She has worked with both groups and individuals in helping them overcome stress, fear, anxieties.   As a workshop leader Ms. Levy brings creative attention to the needs of the participants, improvising exercises specific to the needs of the group and the individual, making each and every workshop a unique and exciting experience.
