Young Musicians Community Orchestra ~ Bring-A-Friend Night

Are you looking for another outlet for your musical talent?Are you an elementary, middle school or high school student with a free Tuesday night?

If you play a string instrument, wind instrument,* or percussion, join a YMCO member for
Bring-A-Friend Night. Prospective members are welcome  to observe or they may bring their instrument and play along with the music from the 2011 season repertoire. YMCO offers two orchestra opportunities, Preparatory Strings which meets from 6:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. and a Full Orchestra meeting from 7:30 p.m. - 9:15 p.m.

Young Musicians Community Orchestra has been exposing audiences to strong performances of genuine classical repertoire since 1991.   Founded by Stan Yoder, YMCO brings together students from public and private schools in the North Penn and Indian Valley areas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, for advanced-level playing.

*Wind instruments include flute, oboe, English horn, clarinet, bassoon, horn, tuba, trumpet, and trombone.
