Hatfield Man Sentenced For Filming Woman Undress At Salon: Report
A woman was getting undressed and putting on tanning lotion when she looked up and saw a cellphone aimed at her, the report states.

A Hatfield man has been sentenced to probation after he pleaded no contest to charges he filmed a woman while she was undressing at a tanning salon, according to the Pottstown Mercury.
The report states that Rick Allen Crowley, 45, filmed the victim at an Upper Gwynedd tanning salon on January 28.
The woman told police she was getting undressed and applying lotion when she saw a black cellphone held above the wall separating two rooms, according to the report.

When she reported the incident to the manager, it was discovered that Crowley had entered a room to which he was not assigned in order to film the woman, the report states.
Crowley will spend one year on probation after being convicted of misdemeanor invasion of privacy, court documents show.
