Infant, Toddler, Woman Struck By Truck In Lansdale

The woman was crossing the street with an infant and toddler in a stroller when they were struck, police said.

LANSDALE, PA — A woman, toddler, and infant have been hospitalized after being struck by a pick-up truck in Lansdale earlier this week, police said.

The incident occurred at around 3:24 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 28 on South Broad Street near Whites Road.

A GMC Sierra driven by a 44-year-old man made a left-hand turn onto South Broad when it struck the trio. The woman was pushing a stroller in the crosswalk with the 2-year-old boy and baby girl inside, police said.

The three victims were taken to Grandview Hospital by VMSC with unknown injuries. Police said their conditions are not known.

Lansdale Police are investigating the crash.
