John Panico, 73, Local Business Owner and Active Community Member
Panico was an active community member and owner of Molettiere's Café, now known as Panico's Neighborhood Grill and Sports Tavern.

Services for John Panico, a lifelong Lansdale resident who died Tuesday, will be Saturday at St. Stanislaus Church.
Panico, 73, had been in failing health, according to his obituary. He was the owner of the former Molettiere’s Café, now known as Panico’s Neighborhood Grill and Sports Tavern.
He was also an active member of many civic and social organizations, including Cannoneers Sportsman Club, Lansdale Rotary Club, the Knights of Columbus. Panico coached CYO Sports at St. Stanislaus and also volunteered with the Parish’s Annual Summer Festival.

Panico is a veteran of the United States Army and during his service he was involved with the Bay of Pigs Invasion, according to his obituary.
His funeral mass will be held Saturday, August 30 at 10 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale. A viewing will be held that morning from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. at Simcox-McIlvaine Funeral Home, 532 E. Main St., Lansdale.
