Lansdale Man Arrested For 2016 Child Rape: Police
Police arrested the man this week in the case that goes back nearly 10 years.

LANSDALE, PA — A Lansdale man has been arrested for raping a child in 2016, police announced on Wednesday.
Gary R. McCunney, 67, faces numerous charges including aggravated indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
The incident occurred in Warrington Township, in the Willow Knoll section.

Investigators did not immediately say what led to the break in the case nine years later, and further details were not made available.
McCunney was arrested by Warrington Township police and booked in Bucks County Prison after failing to post $300,000 bail.
