Burham is a suspect in a homicide who also faces arson and burglary charges. He was also associated with the kidnapping and carjacking of a local couple while trying to evade escape, according to police.
He is a "self-taught survivalist" and police seem to think he is in the rural northern part of the state where he escaped, but that's not clear.
