Lansdale Resident to Present Seminar on Workers' Compensation

Michael W. Cardamone, Esq., managing attorney for Krasno, Krasno & Onwudinjo’s Blue Bell office, will present a seminar entitled "Building Blocks for a Successful Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Case" for Lawline.com on July 25 at 11:00 am in New York. The presentation also will be available via webcast.

In this presentation, Cardamone will discuss the keys to maximizing a case for an injured worker who has a Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation claim. The discussion will relate to how and when to file a claim, presenting credible evidence, written argument strategies, and positioning a case for settlement.

A senior trial attorney and resident of Lansdale, Pa., Cardamone is one of only approximately 75 attorneys in Pennsylvania who represent injured workers and are certified as a Specialist in Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
