Lower Salford Officers Receive Commendation For Heroic Actions

A pair of Lower Salford police officers received a commendation for their heroic actions on September 28.

Corporal Frank Addalli and Officer Jim Buck were both recognized for their work upon discovering a 58-year-old man in cardiac arrest, police said.

The pair assessed the situation, began CPR, and applied an AED, according to authorities.

Thanks to their hard work, the victim not only regained his pulse, but is seemingly on his way to a recovery, police said.

After begin taken the hospital for further treatment, he was allowed to return home to continue his recovery.
