Montgomery Mall Announces Eight New Stores

The Montgomery Mall plans to welcome eight new retailers by the end of this year, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. The additions are part of an $8 million redevelopment project of the shopping center located on Route 202 in North Wales, Pa.

The new stores include:

Banana Republic
Ann Taylor
Clarks
Icing
New York Thread
Zoe’s Kitchen
Justice & Brothers
Grub Burger Bar

Most of the new tenants will be located in the north wing section of the mall. Philadelphia Business Journal reports that the project began in earnest with the demolition of a closed Boscov’s, which was replaced by Wegman’s, which opened last November. Other plans include upgraded lighting, improved retail space and a new play area for children.
