Montgomeryville Among Best PA Suburbs, According To Niche

MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA -- Niche.com has released its latest ranking of the best suburbs in Pennsylvania, and the Montgomeryville fared quite well.

Niche's rankings are based on "location, including the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities in an attempt to measure the overall quality of an area."

Montgomeryville placed 11th overall on the list. Here's what one Niche user had to say about the area:

"This area has an overall great atmosphere. The people are kind and go out of their way to help out if you need something. Meeting someone new is always easy and making lifetime friends generally happens. There are many great schools around the area and many different activities to do over the weekends. Such as a great selection of restaurants, pools, parks, golfing, bowling, ice skating, etc. If I had a chance to do this over again, I would still choose to live in this area."

Other nearby rankings included Montgomery Township (17), Jenkintown (12), Whitemarsh (20), Upper Gwynedd (41), Lansdale (68), and Towamencin (65).

Chesterbrook and Tredyffrin led the state at first and second, while Narberth led Montgomery County in third overall.
