Next Montgomery County Free Hazardous Waste Disposal Is Saturday
You can safely dispose of your flammable and toxic waste items for free at three upcoming events. Here's what's allowed and what's not:
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — The next Montgomery County free waste disposal event is set for this weekend.
The next event in the series will take place on Sunday, Oct. 25 at the Lower Merion Transfer Station, located on 1300 N. Woodbine Avenue in Penn Valley.

You must remain in your vehicle with your mask on, and all materials to be disposed of should be in the trunk of your car and bed of your truck.

- October 31: Abington Junior High School, (Enter at) 2056 Susquehanna Rd., Abington
- November 7: Temple University-Ambler Campus, (Enter at) 1431 E. Butler Pike, Ambler

No televisions, electronics, or appliances will be accepted at any events.
