North Penn Hosting 'K-Day' for Incoming Kindergarteners
K-Day is a chance for students riding the bus for the first time to get comfortable with the process.
Students entering kindergarten in September are invited to “K-Day” this Thursday at Walton Farm Elementary School.
K-Day is a chance for students riding the bus for the first time to get comfortable with the process. Children can explore the bus and even sit in the driver’s seat. Along with their mother or father, the children will go for a short ride around the neighborhood.
Siblings are invited to ride along.

There will be two departures on Thursday, one at 9 a.m. and one at 11 a.m.
Assistance will be provided so parents can complete the “K-tag” worn by their children, which includes stop information, bus number and emergency contact information.
