Shooter Broke In Through Bathroom Window In Lansdale Killing: DA
Police believe the father of a mother's children and her new boyfriend were at the center of the incident.
LANSDALE, PA — Authorities have identified the victims and released more details in the late night shooting incident in Lansdale that left one dead and one injured.
The incident occurred just after 11 p.m. Monday night at the Walnut Arms Apartment.
Christopher Moore Jr., 21, broke into the bathroom window of the home where the mother of his children lived, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said.

Another man, Wesley Wayne Smith, 21, of Philadelphia, was dating that woman and was inside the home, according to authorities.

Details on exactly what transpired inside remain unclear, and specific charges have not yet been filed. However, police said that Moore went into master bedroom and began firing.
Smith was shot several times and found dead on the floor of the master bedroom, police said.
Smith returned fire and shot Moore several times, police said. Moore was flown to Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia for treatment and he is expected to survive.
Police continued to investigate the scene Tuesday. They said they are recovering shell casings from the scene.
An autospy on Smith is scheduled for later Tuesday.
