Suspected Lansdale-Area Car Robber Identified Thanks To Public's Help

Two men are wanted in connection to a series of car burglaries.

One of the men sought by the Upper Gwynedd Police Department in connection with a July 22 vehicle break in has been identified, police said on Monday.

“Thanks to an outstanding public and law enforcement response, we have positively identified the person seen entering the drivers side door in this post,” police said on Facebook ”We still need to identify the other male. Police did not say that the individual had yet been captured on Monday.

They also did not release his name. The individual identified is the one in the first photo above.

Upper Gwynedd and other local departments have been seeking two individuals in connection with the robberies in the early morning hours on Wednesday.

Both suspects are black males in their 20’s with full beards, according to police.

The second suspect, pictured in the next photo, wore Nike-branded shorts and a distinctive t-shirt that read “Get HIgher” across the front.
