'Suspicious Person' Tried To Break Into Home In Montco: Police

Towamencin Township Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a person who attempted to enter a local home overnight this week.

TOWAMENCIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in this northcentral Montgomery County community are seeking the public's help in identifying and locating a suspicious person who tried to enter a local home earlier this week.

Towamencin Township Police say they are investigating the suspicious incident, which involved a possible attempt to enter a residence during the overnight hours Wednesday into Thursday.

The incident occurred at a home on Ardwick Terrace.

Police said there is no suspect or vehicle information to release publicly at this point.

The department is requesting access to any residential security camera systems to try and see if they can find out more about the suspicious person.

They are asking that residents check their cameras for any footage that would cover outside areas, sidewalks and parking lots between the hours of 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday and 3:30 a.m. on Thursday.
