A&T Chevrolet-Subaru Fights Cancer via Crowdsourcing

No-Shave November and Holiday Cheer Campaigns Raise Funds and Provide a Bountiful Christmas to Three Local Families

A&T Chevrolet-Subaru took the No-Shave November challenge this year, putting down their razors and raising funds for cancer research. The campaign yielded a total of $300.00 in online and in-store donations. No-Shave November is a web-based, non-profit organization devoted to growing cancer awareness and raising funds to support cancer prevention, research, and education. Donations made in 2018 will help to fund three No-Shave November-selected organizations: Prevent Cancer Foundation, Fight Colorectal Cancer, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

They didn’t stop there. A&T’s employees and customers, in coordination with Grand View Health, provided a bountiful Christmas to patients undergoing cancer treatment through the A&T Chevrolet-Subaru Holiday Cheer Campaign. Thanks to the donations of cash and gifts, three local families received items from their holiday wish lists, meeting material needs as well as giving plenty of fun gifts.

“We’re grateful to everyone who helped us with these campaigns,” said A&T Chevrolet-Subaru president Jeff Allen. “It’s a window into how we work every day. We have terrific employees who make these things happen, and then our customers come alongside us to help our community.”
