Telford Man Seeking Underage 'Sex Slave' Arrested: AG

David M. Chandler, 42, of Telford was arrested after an undercover operation by the state Attorney General.

A Telford man has been arrested for posting an online ad seeking a ”sex slave” and then traveling to Lehigh County for a sexual encounter with a person he believed was a 13-year-old girl, according to Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane.

Authorities say David M. Chandler, 42, of Telford, posted the ad and then set up a meeting for a sexual encounter, not knowing he was communicating with undercover agents from the Attorney General’s Child Predator Section.

The charges state that Chandler sent sexually explicit messages indicating he wanted a “sex slave.” Agents allege Chandler expressed a desire to meet with the girl in order to engage in sexual contact.
