2 Convicted In Deadly Prom-Night Shootings In Bristol
After a nearly three-week trial, the men were convicted of all charges stemming from a fight in Bristol's Winder Village.
BRISTOL, PA — After a nearly three-week trial, two Bristol Township men have been found guilty for their roles in a deadly 2018 shootings of two men in Winder Village.
Joseph Williams, 19, and Gary Goddard, 49, were convicted by a jury in the prom-night killings of Zyisean McDuffie and Tommy Ballard, both 19, and the attempted murder of a third man.
Williams was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder and other crimes for the May 4 killings, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's office. Goddard was convicted of attempted murder and related charges.

The deadly shooting happened during a fight after two groups of friends had gathered along Elmhurst Avenue in Bristol.

The case was investigated by Bristol Township Police and Bucks County detectives and prosecuted by deputy district attorneys Antonetta Stancu and Thomas Gannon.
