Newtown's annual Market Day celebration will be held Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the streets in and around the Half Moon Inn in Newtown Borough. The rain or shine event features dozens of crafters and artists selling unique crafts like jewelry, photography, crochet, woodcarving, quilts and more. Food and entertainment, too. Triumph Brewery's annual Oktoberfest celebration will be held on Saturday, Oct. 7. The fun starts at noon.
There will be German food, German beer, and German music. Plus, there will be children's activities and adult competitions, including a stein holding contest. Bensalem's Fall Festival is Saturday, Oct. 7. The day will feature a car show, a concert, fireworks and more.The car show starts at 10 a.m. at the Bensalem Township Municipal Complex.
