Aggravated Assault at St. Mary's, $1,800 Guitar Stolen: Police

Middletown Township Police reported the following recent incidents:

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Karen Regan, 59, of Langhorne was arrested on June 4 at 10:45 PM at St. Mary Medical Center for Aggravated Assault. She was remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of bail.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA

Leroy A. Warrick, Jr., 35, of Philadelphia was arrested on June 6 at 2:28 AM on East Lincoln Highway for Possession of Marijuana.

RETAIL THEFT

Emilio L. Torres, 24, of Bronx, NY was arrested on Saturday, June 6 at 2:20 PM at Sesame Place for Retail Theft. Taken was $51.85 worth of merchandise.

Janis M. Houck, 29, of Levittown was arrested on Saturday, June 6 at 3:43 PM at Giant Store, New Falls Road for Retail Theft. Taken was $165.97 worth of merchandise.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS

Charles Oczkowski, 58, of Bensalem was cited on Saturday, June 6 at 8:11 PM on South Woodbourne Road for Public Drunkenness.

RETAIL THEFT

The Guitar Center, East Lincoln Highway reported Friday, June 5 that sometime in the previous week, someone took a guitar valued at $1,799.

Macy’s at the Oxford Valley Mall reported that at approximately 12:06 PM on Saturday, June 6, an unknown white female stole children’s clothing and fled the scene. It is unknown at this time the value of the loss.

BURGLARY

Sometime between June 6 and 7, someone entered a residence on Candytuft Road, neighbors reported. It is unknown at this time what was taken and the value.
