FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Falls have arrested a man on child pornography charges — the third such arrest in the township in two weeks.
While investigating an incident on Tuesday, police say officers found that Aubrey Murdaugh, 27, had a black cellphone they believed contained evidence of a crime. They took the phone and, with the help of a Lower Makefield Township detective and a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, found it to contain several images depicting minors engaged in sex acts, police said.
Several of the images depicted girls between the ages of 8-16, according to Falls police.
