Armed Robber Holds Up Bristol Smoke Shop

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — Police in Bristol Borough are investigating an armed robbery that happened Thursday evening at a local tobacco shop.

Officers were called at 7:30 p.m. to Smoke Shop, at 212 Commerce Circle. Employees told them a man entered the shop at closing time holding a handgun, threatened the store's two employees and demanded cash and cigarettes.

The employees complied and the man ran away, police say.

The robber is believed to be a white male, standing about 5'7". He was wearing a gray hooded jacket or windbreaker and wore a black face mask and gloves.
