BTSD Appoints Brandon Lang as Director of Food Services

Earlier this month, Bristol Township School District welcomed Brandon Lang as Director of Food Services.

On October 11, 2021, Bristol Township School District welcomed Brandon Lang as Director of Food Services. Lang was appointed after the previous Director of Food Services Ritchie Webb retired after 27 years with the district.

Before coming to BTSD Lang served as Director of Food Services in Springfield School District for four years. He worked in a similar capacity in Council Rock School District and Audubon Public School District as well, and worked in a management role for Chartwells, a food management company.

“My goal is to build upon the program that Ritchie has built here and use my experience from other school districts to bring new ideas,” said Lang.

As Director of Food Services, Lang will oversee and manage the daily operations of the district’s cafeterias. “Food was always a hobby and passion of mine,” said Lang, who worked in the food services industry throughout high school and college. He graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing.

Lang is looking forward to ingraining himself in the BTSD community to improve the food services program in the district. “There is a need here and I want to fill that need by providing them with the services they seek,” said Lang. “I look forward to connecting with people and creating lasting relationships in the district.”
