Burglar Breaks Into Keystone Trade Center
The New Jersey man was found with candy bars, stolen keys to a truck, and a knife by Falls Township Police on Sunday night.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —A New Jersey man broke into a building in the Keystone Trade Center, wandered around for a while, stole candy, and had a knife on him when he was caught on Sunday night, police said.
Ahlek Mitchell, 24, who had a New Jersey identification card but no fixed address, was charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime with intent, criminal trespassing, and nine counts of theft.
He was preliminarily arraigned before on-call District Judge Stacy Wertman and held on 10 percent of $50,000 bail, police said.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by Patch, Falls Township Police said a burglary in progress was underway at the Keystone Trade Center around 8:52 p.m. Sunday.
Police said a man was spotted on surveillance footage wandering inside the building on Ben Fairless Drive, the criminal complaint stated.

Police found a broken window next to the front entrance and were joined by Middletown Township and Tullytown Borough police and the Middletown Township K-9 unit before searching the building.
Mitchell was found by police hiding behind a large roll of bubble wrap, the complaint stated.
The complaint said Mitchell was holding a small knife he said was intended for use against a security dog and was taken into custody without incident.
Mitchell was found with four candy bars, two chew candies, two cell phones, a charger, and vehicle keys that belonged to a company truck parked on the premises, police said in the complaint.
