There has been much focus and scrutiny on Brian Fitzpatrick’s independent voting record. When will Bob Harvie’s voting record receive the same scrutiny? In my opinion, Bob Harvie is a completely corrupt 25-year career politician and, if you look at his voting record you will see that he has a 99.9% party-line voting record, and a 0.1% independence record. The only time he has voted against his party was when he voted to defund our local police at the Commissioner’s meeting on July 10, 2024. That is the record of a heartless and robotic partisan hack, not an independent thinker.
Bob Harvie also acquiesced to supporting Zohran Mamdani’s candidacy for NYC Mayor. In my opinion, Harvie and Mamdani are arrogant, condescending elitists who look down on the Middle-Class. Not to mention that Bob Harvie voted to give himself a significant taxpayer-funded pay raise in 2022. And yet media outlets have not yet reported on it. I hope this changes as the election draws nearer.
