Interstate 295 Bridge Repair, Line Striping Begin

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —Bridge Repair and line striping is planned at night this week on Interstate 295, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that milling and paving operations will occur at night this week on Interstate 295.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

  • Monday, Nov. 11, through Friday, Nov. 15, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, a single-lane closure will be in place on eastbound I-295 approaching U.S. 1 for bridge repair and line striping.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 13, and Thursday, Nov. 14, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, a single lane closure will be in place on westbound I-295 approaching U.S. 1 for line striping.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
