Interstate 295 Bridge Repairs Take Place This Week

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —Bridge repair is planned for several nights this week on westbound Interstate 295, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said bridge repairs will take place on the highway in Middletown Township.

Drivers are advised of the following travel restrictions:

• Monday, Feb. 24, through Thursday, Feb. 27, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, a single lane closure will be in place on westbound I-295 approaching U.S. 1 for bridge repair.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
