Shopping Center Diversifies 2015 Offerings with Plus-Size Fashion Retailer

Langhorne, Pa.— February 23, 2015 — Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, announced today plans to open Torrid and relocate Forever 21 at Oxford Valley Mall in the upcoming months.

A leader in designing women’s plus-size clothing, Torrid offers the latest apparel, lingerie, swimwear and accessories inspired by and designed to fit young, stylish women. Opening in April 2015, Torrid will be located on the Upper Level next to GNC.

Popular specialty retailer Forever 21 will be reconfiguring its existing Oxford Valley store and undergoing a remodel and relocation to the Lower Level next to Suitmart and New York and Company. The authority on men’s and women’s fashion and go-to retailer for the latest trends, favorite basics and best deals, Forever 21 will be completed in fall 2015.

“Torrid is an important opening at Oxford Valley Mall,” said Jim Malervy, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Oxford Valley Mall. “It’s critical that we align our tenant mix with growing segments in the retail industry and diversify our retail offerings to address consumer demand.”

Continuing to reinvest in the ever-evolving customer shopping experience, Oxford Valley Mall now offers more than 10 mobile charging stations on the Upper and Lower Levels for shoppers looking to recharge their phones on the go. Additionally, the center provides the added convenience of coat and package check at Simon Guest Services, located on the Lower Level near Sears.

In expanding its amenities, the property has welcomed several new brands to their retail roster within the past year including Clark’s, Gap, Gap Kids, House of Hoops by Foot Locker and Justice and Brothers.
