Jill Stein's recount effort was recently blocked by a federal judge as well.

With talk of electors going against the voters' wishes and not casting votes for President-elect Donald Trump, the Pennsylvania electors are planning to follow the will of the voters, according to reports.

AP reports the 20 "unbound" electors don't plan to change their votes.

After speaking with many of the electors, the AP is reporting most or all of them said they will vote for Trump on Dec. 19 when the electors officially vote.

The outlet reports all the electors are senior members of the GOP and have been Trump loyalists and activists.

Electors will be casting votes for Trump despite calls to vote against him and reports of possible Russian influence on the election's outcome.

Some have said that the electors are within their right to reject Trump after a CIA report said Russia took steps to hack or influence the election in order to get the GOP presidential nominee elected.

Trump has been accused of having cozy ties to Russia, and his potential nominee for secretary of state has close business ties to the nation.

Also in Pennsylvania, Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein's recount effort was blocked by a federal judge.
