“Hard work and patriotism run deep in the Pennsbury community, and the Wall of Honor
ceremony is a direct reflection of that,” said Aly McBryar, Pennsbury’s Wall of Honor Faculty
Advisor.
McBryar works with the Pennsbury Wall of Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization to maintain the wall and foster an appreciation and respect for our nation’s military.
McBryar has been in charge of the Wall of Honor ceremony for the past nine years.
"This ceremony and tradition heading into Memorial Day weekend are so important,” McBryar said. “Our students walk by the Wall of Honor every day and see the faces and names of
Pennsbury graduates and those within the Pennsbury community who gave the ultimate sacrifice to our great nation. It is an honor and privilege to work with the veterans of the Pennsbury Wall of Honor Foundation and run this ceremony each year.”
Veterans and Gold Star families are invited to attend the ceremony, along with Pennsbury School
Board members and school district administration.
