FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —The Falls Township Police Department is seeking the vandals captured on video who damaged Quaker Penn Park late last month.

Falls Township Police seeks the public's help in identifying the owner/occupants of the depicted vehicles, which were captured on video around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24.

Police said the vandals damaged the turf and fields of Quaker Penn Park.

The vehicles are distinctive, police said. One has a purple sticker reading 'Barney,' on the front windshield.

Police said that anyone damaging the grass or fields of any township park violates the following Township Code: 168 Parks, 168-4 Motor Vehicles.

The code states that no motorized vehicles shall be operated on bike paths or grass areas. Unlicensed vehicles are prohibited. Parking shall be in designated areas only.

Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a civil enforcement proceeding and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a civil penalty of not more than $600, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the township in the enforcement of this chapter.
