Road Paving Project Begins In Hulmeville Borough

HULMEVILLE BOROUGH, PA —The borough's road resurfacing project is starting up again.

The borough received funds from the Redevelopment Authority (RDA) to repave several roads in 2024. Those roads will be Catherine Street, Green Street, and McCarthy Avenue.

The milling and paving of the listed roads will start on Monday, the Hulmeville Borough Police Department said.

Brey Brothers is the contractor that was hired by the borough to do the project.

Temporary no parking signs will be posted on the mentioned streets today by the police department. The time restrictions for the no parking are Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

There will be no street parking allowed while the repaving is being done. Weather permitting, the project should be completed in about two weeks.
